See What Search Engines Actually See
A live scan of your practice website across seven vitals, graded and explained on screen in about ten seconds. No score we made up, no report you have to wait two days for.
Seven vitals, one chart
Every finding belongs to one of seven areas, so you get a chart with seven readings rather than a list of forty complaints in no particular order. They are listed in the order they should be fixed in: there is no point being cited by an AI engine that cannot reach your server.
Findability
Whether search engines can reach, read, and index your site at all.
Technical SEO
Local and Map Pack
Whether Google can verify your practice as a real place patients can drive to.
Local SEO
AI Answer Engines
Whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews can read and cite you.
AEO and GEO
Voice and Conversational
Whether an assistant can answer a spoken question with your practice.
Voice search
Experience and Speed
Whether the site loads fast enough on a phone to keep the patient.
SXO and Core Web Vitals
Booking and Conversion
Whether a ready patient can actually book, call, or reach you.
CRO
Trust and Compliance
Whether the site earns clinical trust and keeps you out of avoidable exposure.
E-E-A-T, HIPAA, ADA, FTC
What the scan actually reads
Most free audits run one generic checklist over every industry and call the output a score. This one was built for practices, and every check below exists because it changes something for a practice specifically.
What it cannot do
- It does not measure your rankings. Nothing that runs in ten seconds can.
- It does not see your Google Business Profile, your reviews, or your competitors. A person checks those by hand afterwards.
- It does not predict traffic, leads, or revenue, and it will never show you a number we invented.
- It is not legal advice. Compliance findings flag exposure worth raising with your own counsel.
Your pages, the way a crawler gets them
We fetch your homepage and up to three interior pages your own navigation links to, and we read exactly the HTML your server returns. If your content only appears after JavaScript runs, we say so, because that is what an AI crawler sees too.
Your structured data, parsed rather than counted
Every JSON-LD block is parsed. We check whether your practice is declared with a clinical type, whether your address, hours, coordinates, and service area are present, whether your providers exist as entities, and whether any block is silently invalid.
Your robots file, agent by agent
We resolve each crawler against its own group, which is the way robots.txt actually works. That separates the AI agents that cite you from the AI agents that train on you, because blocking one is a business decision and blocking the other removes you from AI answers.
The path a ready patient takes
Whether there is online booking and which system, whether your number is tappable, whether a form exists, whether financing is shown, and whether there is any visible proof of results.
Your exposure, named precisely
Advertising pixels firing on pages that also collect patient information, accessibility failures that appear in real demand letters, overlay widgets that attract rather than deter them, and advertising language that regulators name specifically.
Want the surfaces a scanner cannot reach, your Google Business Profile, your review velocity, and who is out-ranking you today? That is the human-reviewed local SEO grade, and the two work well together.
Run it on your own site
Ten seconds, and you will know more about how machines read your practice than most agencies will tell you in a paid engagement.
Questions
Is this a real scan or a lead-capture form with a fake score?
It is a real scan. When you submit, our server fetches your homepage and up to three interior pages, parses your structured data, reads your robots file agent by agent, measures your response time and page weight, and runs more than fifty checks across seven areas. The chart you see is generated from what we found on your site in that moment, not from a template. That is also why a site behind a bot filter gets told we could not read it rather than being handed a failing grade.
What are the seven vitals?
Findability, whether search engines can reach and read you. Local and map pack, whether Google can verify you as a real place. AI answer engines, whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews can read and cite you. Voice and conversational, whether an assistant can answer a spoken question with your practice. Experience and speed, whether the site loads fast enough on a phone. Booking and conversion, whether a ready patient can actually book. Trust and compliance, whether the site earns clinical trust and keeps you out of avoidable exposure.
Why does a marketing agency check compliance?
Because in this industry compliance decides what marketing is available to you. Advertising pixels on an appointment page create privacy exposure. Missing alt text shows up in accessibility demand letters. Absolute claims like guaranteed or painless are named by the FTC and by state medical boards. A growth plan that ignores these is not a growth plan, it is a liability with a traffic chart attached. We flag exposure and name the source. We are not lawyers and the report says so.
What happens to my information?
Your details and a copy of your chart come to us so a real person can review it, and that is the whole point of the exchange. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a drip sequence. If you would rather we deleted it after the review, say so and we will.
Do I have to work with you to use the findings?
No. Every finding names what we saw and what good looks like, so your current developer or agency can act on all of it. Most of the fixes are small and specific. If you would rather hand the whole thing to somebody, that is what we do, and you can decide that after you have seen the chart rather than before.
My site is brand new. Is it worth running?
Usually yes, and often more useful than on an older site. New practice sites are where we most often find a leftover noindex tag, structured data that was never added, or a booking button that opens a contact form. Those are cheap to fix in the first month and expensive to discover in the sixth.
The chart is free. The fix is a conversation
Run the audit first. If the findings are worth acting on and you would rather not do it yourself, that is what we are for.
