Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. The arbitration will be conducted by a reputable arbitration provider under its rules. The seat of arbitration will be in Wyoming, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
If you prefer not to resolve disputes through arbitration, you may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by contacting us and clearly stating your desire to opt out of arbitration; in that case, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue will be the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you waive any objection to such courts based on inconvenient forum.
You may not use or export the Site or content in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations. Access to the Site may not be legal in certain countries. You access the Site at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, internet or utility failures, or actions by governmental authorities.
